ONSHORE DRILLING MATERIAL CO-ODRINATOR - (MED-CYP-JANUARY-002)

Currently we have 1 exciting opportunity for an ONSHORE DRILLING MATERIAL CO-ODRINATOR to join our dynamic team based at MEDSERV facility in Cyprus.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Develop and communicate plans for the safe and efficient back loading & unloading of materials.
- Act as Client point of contact regarding all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Manage Third Party Collections and Delivery’s.
- Generate and share Inventory Management Reports and interacts with clients and customers answering all queries related to Logistics and Materials management.
- Ownership of Medserv Inventory System.
- Oversee, preparation, issue and control of documentation for the shipment of goods and any classified by the UN as Dangerous for Shipment by Air or Sea.
- To work closely with 3rd Party Shipping & Customs Agencies to ensure smooth movement of all inbound and outbound material.
- To adhere to all Medserv Policies and applicable Procedures without fail.
- To STOP THE JOB whenever an act that is about to endanger life (or asset) is about to take place.
WHO ARE YOU:
- Holder of a three (3) years’ experience working in the Oil and Gas industry, ideally into the material controlling discipline, in Cyprus.
- Holder of a valid Handling (DG) dangerous good certification.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Must be able to work as part of a larger operations team.
- Reliable and have an ethical mindset.
- Willing to work flexible hours and public holidays.
- Lifting Operations Competent Person or LOLER Supervisor Qualification.
- Nebosh – Health and Safety Leadership.
- Basic understanding of the Greek language.
